Order tracking
- You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking numberwhen your shipping label is created.
- Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to populate.
Multiple items & split shipments
- Items may ship separately. You will receive separate tracking numbers.
Undeliverable packages & address issues

We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. - If a package is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost, stolen, or damaged shipments
- If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact us immediately; we’ll open an investigation with the carrier.
- For damaged items, keep packaging and contact support within 7 days with photos of the damage and the shipment label; we’ll open an investigation with the carrier.
