Processing time

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, package weight, and destination.

Order tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking numberwhen your shipping label is created.
  • Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to populate.

Multiple items & split shipments

  • Items may ship separately. You will receive separate tracking numbers.

Undeliverable packages & address issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
    We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost, stolen, or damaged shipments

  • If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact us immediately; we’ll open an investigation with the carrier.
  • For damaged items, keep packaging and contact support within 7 days with photos of the damage and the shipment label; we’ll open an investigation with the carrier.

Customs, duties & taxes (for international orders)

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes for international shipments.
